First of all, thank you for contacting us! We are very happy to be considered for your event and would love to come if we can work it into our schedules. Here are some FAQ to get things started:
How much do you charge? We know that in ministry sometimes budgets are tight and other times there is more flexibility available for hiring speakers and entertainers. We’d like to offer a range of what we charge for your event. If you are able to support our ministry beyond what we ask as a baseline then it would be greatly appreciated, if not we understand and consider our baseline price to be fair compensation. When you fill the form out or email us with your needs, we can give you an estimate for the stipend. Let us know your budget and we can try to work with that.
What will travel cost? We will find the cheapest way to get to your event. What we have found to be the easiest is to quote you a price including travel and then we can pay for the travel. If we can do multiple events in the area, we can split the travel costs which is sometimes significant.
What are your sound needs? We are flexible but the better the sound system, the better we sound and the more fun people have. It is especially difficult if the audience can’t hear us. Our technical rider can be found in the contract that you will be sent.
